Under ARK Global, we offer a range of Design & Build turnkey solutions for our Clients where we essentially, operate as a one-stop-shop for the Client to ensure all their Design & Build needs are met. ARK has delivered on a 6,400 Sq. Ft. G + 3 residential vertical living two (02) unit apartment project valued at around LKR 70 mn. located on Lauries road where ARK took the complete responsibility to ensure all the Design requirements including Council approvals and COC are met post the Construction and handing over of the project. ARK also engaged with another design & build renovation project at a Kirula Road residence valued at Rs. 22 mn.

ARK Global has also previously engaged in three (03) other Design & Build projects namely; a private villa in Digana valued at Approx. LKR 200 mn. with the Client requesting a very Mediterranean look and feel blending into the surrounding natural scenic environment whilst another Client’s private Beach Villa in Dickwella is a more modern contemporary luxury Villa valued at Approx. Rs. 136 mn. ARK Global Holdings was part of a major renovation project to convert an ancestral property down Ward place into a niche boutique Villa with the renovation cost estimated at around LKR 65 mn.

ARK Global Holdings also provides direct Construction services for Clients who have already engaged the services of a Chartered Architect and as such, ARK Global Holdings scope of work would be retained as the General Contractor. As such, ARK Global Holdings has recently completed the Anantara Peace Haven Bungalow renovation project which is a boutique villa renovation project valued at Rs. 36 mn. which is a part of the Anantara Peace Haven Resort in Tangalle.

Further, ARK Global has a strategic tie up with Real Estate and Hotel Management Consultancy companies where ARK provides a number of renovation solutions to uplift the Client’s property to ensure the property is able to enhance the sellability or rentability aspect of the property to ensure that the Client’s get a maximum value advantage by engaging with and utilizing ARK’s construction services. ARK, to-date, has delivered several projects of this nature collectively valued at approximately LKR 80 mn. worth of renovation projects.
